REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

Monthly Retainer Services

Cancellation: Clients wishing to cancel monthly services must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice via email to hello@distrimadigitale.com. Services will continue and be billed through the end of the 30-day notice period.

Refunds: Monthly retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable once work has commenced for that billing period. If cancellation is requested before any work has begun in a new billing cycle, a pro-rata refund may be issued at our discretion.

One-Time Projects (Websites, Video Editing)

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required before work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon project completion and before final delivery. If a client cancels after work has commenced, the deposit is forfeited and any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced at our standard hourly rate. No refunds will be issued once the final deliverable has been approved and delivered.

Ad Spend

All advertising budgets paid to third-party platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok) are managed on your behalf and are non-refundable under any circumstances. These funds are governed by the respective platform’s policies.

Setup and Onboarding Fees

All setup fees, onboarding fees, and strategy fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in cases where we are unable to deliver the agreed services due to circumstances within our control, or where a billing error has occurred.
